FIH World Hockey Camp

Need boost to your hockey? Want to learn more about the latest and newest skills from the International game? This is your camp! The FIH World Hockey camp is an International Hockey camp with camps in Holland, the UK, South Africa and many more places. Sanctioned by the FIH the FIH World Hockey Camp sets itself apart from any other camp as we focus on individual skill development, grow the game of hockey and create a positive learning environment for everyone attending our camp.

At the FIH Camp we only work with top level coaches from renowned college programs. All Athletes will work directly with all coaches getting exposure to different types of coaching and the ability to learn from different coaches.

During our sessions we focus on individual skill development but bring this skill development to the highest level of skills, 3D hockey, High speed dribbling skills, and other new skills coming from the top of the world of hockey directly to our camp. During game play we emphasize key tactical components like the collapse on a defensive turnover, first pass on an attacking turnover.

We are excited to host 2 FIH World Hockey Camps this summer.

FIH World Hockey Camp at Berylson Field (Harvard University athletics campus):

On July 20, 21 and 22 we will host our 1st ever 3 day camp with overnight and commuter options. This camp will be great for teams and individuals as the evening sessions will be used to play more games. High intensity skills development during the day and implementing these skills in the games in the evening.

Currently committed coaches to coach at the FIH camp at Harvard are, Tjerk van Herwaarden, Harvard head Coach, Megan Frazer, Stanford University, Colin Clarke, Northeastern and Lizza Ryan, BU. More to come soon.

Overnight campers will be housed at Harvard University in the Dorms and enjoy their meals in the Harvard dining halls.

FIH World Hockey Camp at St. Joe’s University, Philadelphia PA:

Join us for 2 days as we are back in PA. At the beautiful complex of St. Joe’s University we welcome some to the nations best coaches for 2 days of top level hockey and provide an unmatched fun & Learning environment for all player. On July 24 & 25 you can experience this unique event yourself.

Coaches committed to coach at the FIH World Hockey Camp in Philadelphia are; Tjerk van Herwaarden, Harvard, Megan Frazer, Stanford, Scott Tupper, Penn, Mark Wadsley, St. Joe’s and Simon van der Loo, Umass. More to come in coming weeks.

This is a day camp, no overnight provided.

A typical day at the FIH Camp:

Day 1 Day Camp

  • 8.30am Registration opens
  • 9am Session 1 starts
  • 12pm Session 2 ends
  • 12pm Break
  • 1.30pm Session 2 starts
  • 4pm Session 2 ends & Break
  • 5pm Session 3
  • 7pm Session 3 ends

Day 1 Overnight Camp

  • 8.30am Registration opens
  • 9am Session 1 starts
  • 12pm Session 2 ends
  • 12pm Break
  • Lunch
  • 1.30pm Session 2 starts
  • 4pm Session 2 ends
  • 5pm Dinner
  • 7pm Session 3 starts
  • 9pm Session 3 ends
  • 10pm Bedtime

Examples of our Session and coaching topics:

Individual Skill session 1. i.e. body fakes, 3D skills, Full body dribbling, how to break a double team. Maximizing your 1st touch.

Team work session 2 , Master the attacking 2v1, Circle behavior (scoring), and much more.

Play Session 3, during our game play we actually coach on core principles as what to do in turnover situations, when to open the field and when and how to support your team mates and how to utilize your personal strengths.

Please note:

  • The overnight option at the FIH camp at Harvard University needs to be booked by April 15.
  • The overnight options needs to be booked by April 15.
  • Please note that overnight booking are non refundable after April 15.
  • Commuter campers will have to bring their own food and snacks.
